  • Identify and build relationships with client.
  • Handle client communications and write client reports.
  • Communicate Client Agendas to other staff members.
  • Upsell Products and Services.

PROJECT MANAGER:

  • Creating and communicating a project plan, schedule and budget.
  • Assigning tasks and deadlines.
  • Analyzing risks to the project, managing project scope.
  • Contributing to client proposals and quotes.

UX DESIGNER:

  • Designing and changing any part of the project a user interacts with.
  • Creating user stories, personas, wireframes and sitemaps.
  • Using user research to find and solve a problem.

CONTENT WRITER:

  • Writing and re writing all the text and descriptions on a project.
  • Collaborating with the designer to integrate their work into the project seamlessly.
  • Making sure their descriptions/writings align with the company values.

DESIGNER:

  • Developing a comprehensive business strategy, incorporating the user needs and the company needs.
  • Collaborating with the UX designer to create low fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
  • Designing each individual screen that the user will interact with.

DEVELOPER:

  • Coding the interaction and layout presented by the UX designer.
  • Implementing the search engine optimization keywords given by the digital marketing team.
  • Validating, documenting and testing code to ensure it meets the web standards.

  1. This is only part of the assignment. The other part was to list your team roles and the responsibilities of each (taking into account that there are roles missing so you need to re-assign those tasks to the roles you do have).

    And it is late. 🙁
